Nelson is a Talent Manager, Certified Executive Coach, Consultant and Advisor. He has worked on all sides of the business — as an Actor, Talent Development Executive, Acting Coach, and Session Runner in commercial casting — and has now spent three decades in talent management.

He founded The ESI Network in 1993 and has spent 32 years helping people grow, from actors leveling up their acting careers to Founders and Business Executives ready to go to the next level.

In 2023 he built Help & Answers to bring that experience to Founders, CEOs, and Business Owners.
